ALEX VAN AKEN CLOSE UP

     

 Alex Van Aken is a video game industry journalist first and forever if he has a say in it, but in the midst of the fallout from layoffs everywhere in the industry, it's difficult be positive.  

I love his writing, and I am a discriminating broadcaster of the writers I follow.  His latest ariticle is in Game Informer magazine about the return E-sports event, EVO.  Catch it in issue #349 of GameInformer--THE RETURN OF EVO.  

Alex starts the article in the first-person as a game competitor.  What more could you want in a writer if it's not a player himself?
